Alternatively, one is suitable as a study or TV snug, and the other as a children's bedroom as it is under the eaves. The upper floor of the chalet has 4 spacious bedrooms each built-in storage and ensuite bathrooms. All have balcony access and offer sloped wooden ceilings and carpeted floors. The bathrooms are all equipped with showers over baths, single basins & lavatories and heated towel rails. Outside facilities include spacious parking area, covered parking and double garage, decking and garden. This chalet has been run successfully both on a catered and self catering basis. Les Contamines does not have many catered chalets operating, so it would be an excellent place for someone wanting to set up such a business. A truly chocolate box look Chalet on the outskirts of Les Contamines, with numerous possibilities. Despite the beautiful aged style, the chalet was built in 2001 by one of the most respected building companies in the area. Auberge du Chalezan is a large property which is currently divided into 4 living spaces to offer a range of bed and breakfast and self-catered accommodation. Its position on the Tour du Mont Blanc guarantees its popularity among walkers. There has also been previous planning permission granted for a habitable Mazot and the water/electricity has already been put in for this project. The fields around the chalet are classed as agricultural and therefore can't be built upon. There are many walks from the back door directly into the surrounding forest.
